Update 2 ref. output after merging-in PR #433 #31

The two global_ocean.gm_k3d and gm_res experiments use "quasiHydrostatic=T"; Since addition ordering terms have changed in S/R MOM_QUASIHYDROSTATIC with PR #433 (https://github.com/MITgcm/MITgcm/pull/433), this affects results at machine truncation level and now getting only 11 matching digits for gc2d for these 2 experiments ; generate new output on reference platform "villon.mit.edu".

2 Comments: 1) Should not merge this PR before main code PR #433 (https://github.com/MITgcm/MITgcm/pull/433 ) is merged. 2) will update file "update_history" once this PR is ready to be merged-in.
