Unable to connect snmp error #16

it might be something simple we missed but we keep getting an unable to connect snmp error we did an snmp walk using snmp version 1 to a cisco 3750 and a dell 5524 and both work

when we try via the app it says unable to connect snmp error we re-created the json file to test if it was that but get the same error

Not trying to dig up anything but was there ever a suggestion on this? I get the same error. SNMP walk lets me connect and I can see the device. Just tells me invalid json file.
