Write setupWorld function #11

The setup world function is meant for setting options in Blender other than the default. A minimal working version should place lights, and put a camera where it can see the system (user can move it and add more lights etc.).

The camera is placed properly but no lights are yet defined. The ambient lighting and render options are set.

This is essentially done now that the lights are in place and I am closing it in favour of more specific issues.
