Feature request: Adaptive binning and plotting

A method is needed to perform adaptive binning, which results in a complete coverage of the measured portion of reciprocal space. However, this method should be able to perform binning in different schemes:

• xy:
  • xBinning = deltaQx (min bin size, found from binEdges)
  • yBinning = deltaQy (actual size)
• polar:
  • xBinning = deltaQ (min bin size, found from binEdges)
  • yBinning = deltaTheta (actual size)
• rlu:
  • xBinning = deltaProj1 (min bin size, found from binEdges)
  • yBinning = deltaProj2 (actual size)
• powder:
  • xBinning = deltaQ (min bin size, found from binEdges)
  • yBinning = deltaE (actual size)

This feature should be compatible with a RLU figure

The two tutorials for using the plotQPlane method (e2cb28ea9e1770987df6fcaa37011a59d58b9fcc and b8489dc5f2650e2ec9619278b613f8e9142983e9) showcases the different binning possibilities. The full description is found in the documentation under Scripting Tutorials but a list of possibilities are:

• Using XY (rectangular binning) - Through the use of the binning key word
• Using Polar binning - Through the use of the binning key word
• Compatibility with the RLUAxis - Through the use of the rlu key word
• Generate simple bins or adaptive bins - Through the the enlargen key word
• Plot Q Planes in 3D - Possible when providing 3D axis as ax
