[1.10.2] Already decorating crash on Mercury & Jupiter

Description of Issue

Hello, I currently have a problem with a certain planet which is added by ExtraPlanet. When I go to Mercury or Jupiter, the server crashes. Yet the planets come, March and the moon do not have the same problem. When I have successfully loaded the planet and land on it, the server crashes randomly when I am on the planet. This happens even when I am alone on the server.

I had tried to find a solution to my problem on the internet but unfortunately I have not found any solution. I have already changed my versions of galacticraft, extra planet and MJRLegends but nothing changes.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Turn on the server
2. to be on earth and to have a rocket I tier 3 for mercury or tier 4 for jupiter.
3. go in the direction of Mercury or Jupiter.
4. Land on Mercury or Jupiter. 5a. The server immediately crashes while the planet is loading. 5b. You have successfully landed but the server can crash randomly at any time. ( Note: after landing in step 5a, you can land on the planet but you will arrive in situation 5b. )

Additional Information

When we go to the planet Mercury or Jupiter for the first time, the server crashes and my game stays on the planet loading screen. I have to restart my game. But after when its starts to crash again, its just made me leave the server and marked "closed server".

[EDIT]: I also noticed that the error that is marked in my console is: "java.lang.RuntimeException: Already decorating !!"

Please can you try with just ExtraPlanets and its needed mods

Okay, here is the seed: 4201792299264336232 and I'm going to just test extra planet

When there is only extra planet and what it takes for it to work, the problem is not present in solo or in multi using the same seed of my map.
