Mod does not recognize Space Race teams?

Description of Issue

Apologies if I've missed something, but all server save data and text on the CurseForge page indicates that the mod does not recognize Galacticraft "Space Race" teams. Anything discovered by one member of a team should count as having been discovered by all members, or rather as by the team itself. The save data should also probably move to being team-based when a team is involved. Also, research data can be "stolen" by another player from the Satellite Controller and used in the Telescope. In the absence of the team-based approach described above, this isn't awful as a workaround, but should probably be addressed if the team approach is implemented (i.e. only team members should be able to access the Satellite Controller)

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Player 1 creates a Galacticraft Space Race team and invites Player 2, who accepts
2. Player 2 researches, say, the Moon
3. Player 1 takes the resulting research page and uses it in the Telescope
4. Player 2 does not gain knowledge of the Moon and cannot go there themselves
