enchantmover doesnt work #1003

Description of Issue

[Description of the issue] The Enchantmover from QuarryPlus will accept the QuarryPlus in the Right Slot but I cannot put any items (entchanted books entchanted pickaxes) in the left Slot to Transfer the entchantments on the QuarryPlus.
