Cannot see eachothers Galacticraft gears (Oxygen mask, Oxygen gear, etc.) #1006

Description of Issue

In a server created using Dashboard and Space Astronomy 1 Server files downloaded from FTB Launcher, we cannot see eachothers Galacticraft gear (such as Oxygen Mask, Oxygen Gear, etc.) but we could see ours.

Version of Mod Pack using (PLEASE DONT USE 'Latest' OR 'Newest'): 1.7.7

Where did this bug happen: Server

Any updates about this?

The pack cant be updated anymore and most mods are not updating for mc 1.7.10 so this will just go on the known issues sorry
