Description of Issue

missing Redstone Engineering Block from immersive engineering

Steps to Reproduce Issue

  1. [First step] cant craft Redstone Engineering Block and cant get in creative either
  2. [Second step]

Redstone Engineering Block isnt in MC 1.7.10 version of immersive engineering sorry.
