Description:

Provide a help button in the more/settings (or somewhere else?) to submit an email to the MJSSA team regarding issues/improvements on the app.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] Help button accessible to user,
[ ] Clicking the button creates an email for the user to submit information back.
