Description:

Add the user interface for the top menu.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] Visible on most screen (except for screens displaying less content)
[ ] Provides links on the right-hand side to "Lessons" and "My List" (learning list/favourites)
[ ] Displays "MJSSA Digital Library" logo on the left-hand side
