Add new countdown overlay 3 #26

created folder called overlays to add the components which will be displayed on an overlay
added a edit countdown component inside this folder
create a single overlay html/css and js that can be reused by all the overlay components when they are created
wrote 200+ lines of css for the edit countdown overlay, maybe we can have a task for tidying up the css later, combining the similar styles

@thecodehippo - just pulled it down so I can test it but can't seem to get it to work properly. Will look again tomorrow with a bit more attention and let you know.
