Create "Add New Countdown" overlay #3

This overlay will contain:

A header ("Edit Countdown")
Input fieds for:
- Countdown Name
- Countdown Date
- Countdown Time
Message to say something like "if no time selected, we'll use midnight (00:00)".
Save button
Discard button
Also a X at the top right to close the overlay

You'll also need to grey out the rest of the app behind
