PWM on Alligator #4

While trying to use PWM on the Alligator Board, the output is only binary.

Ok, I figured out the issue, and it is not with the firmware, it is with the Alligator board "Variant" file. The pins used for pwm 1, 2, and 3 are not assigned to a pwm channel.
