Configure Service Mesh TLS to Leverage QSC #7

The default TLS version leveraged but the Service Mesh will need to be changed to leverage the QSC version.

The Definition of Done for this issue should include the running of the program in the exact same way as the baseline with only the QSC TLS implemented in place of standard TLS.
