Widget doesn't login (Sunrise) #21

Hello, even though I have filled in the user-id (sunrise-email-address) and 
password correctly, the 
login of the widget does not work. I alwalys see the red "!". 

Am I doing anything wrongly?

Dear all,
Does your username or password contain any special character (accents, symbols, 
etc)?

If so could you try to alter the password and try again.
