First user interface draw #12

The first user interface milestone needs a fist UI draw.

I have some new notes for some screens, I will add them tomorrow as concept images.

The UI does not need designers using HTML/CSS any longer by using a 2D WebGL renderer https://github.com/MKelm/mct/issues/18

I will continue the user interface development by using the pixi.js implementation issue ...
