when is a new Pre-Alpha Release coming out for Mass Control Tycoon?

I'm not sure if this project is still on-going. I've not heard from Martin(?) in quite a while and there hasn't been any changes to the code in a few weeks. I hope Martin continues with it; I've been experimenting with OpenGL so I might be able to help with more of the coding.
