[Request] RDM Grand Impact vs Verstone/Verfire priority #420

Hi. Thanks for the great work you do as always.

This is assuming that "Verstone/Verfire Feature" option is turned on.

I feel that if both Grand Impact and Verfire/Verstone procs are up, it would be convenient for players to choose which one they like to prioritize. For my style of play, it is better for me to have an option to use Verstone/Verfire with Grand Impact in the back pocket for mobility. This is consistent with the current RDM opener as well.

This feature was available in earlier version I remember, but it disappeared after the update. It would be wonderful if we could get this back.
