Memory button can not be removed from toolbox #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Customize toolbox
2.Drug the memory button to the unused buttons area
3.Click ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The memory button should not be displayed in the toolbox since the user ordered 
its removal. However it is still there no matter how many times the user 
repeats the process.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7
v1.6.1 (r907)

Confirmed, even if you remove everything it still remains!!!
