chimera for mac does not work with install scripts #45

Software exists as mac version: https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/cgi-bin/secure/chimera-get.py?file=mac64/chimera-1.14-mac64.dmg The system could be detected by install_programs_datasets.sh tagging @sumanabasu since she encountered the error first

I implemented a solution in branch chimera_on_mac. I asked @sumanabasu to validate that it works for her. If it does, I'll send a pull request to merge this into the master branch.

Issue is solved and work was submitted as a pull request. I will close the issue once the PR is merged.
