Fix "Namysłowska 03" stop location #25

Move to valid stop location (originally in the same place as Rondo Żaba 04)

missing_stops.json isn't used to fix incorrect stop positions - it only replaces those that are defined as XXX.XXXXXXX YYY.YYYYYY.

See https://mkuran.pl/gtfs/warsaw/missing_stops.json for a list of actual missing stops.

You can contact ZTM directly to get those incorrect positions fixed.
