Missing stops #28

Added massive number of stops locations. Based on WTP Messages:

One of newly added stops is Habicha 01. There is a new WTP message which is adding new temporary stop based on the Habicha 01 stop location - https://www.wtp.waw.pl/zmiany/2022/07/16/czasowa-zmiana-lokalizacji-przystanku-habicha-01/

The new temporary stop is not on a missing stops list but it has been also added to the file as it will be probably missing.

Just when I also was working on adding those :sweat_smile: Since the PR had a conflict with main branch I've pushed my version. However, I've used some positions from this PR - thanks for it :+1:
