Add route color as argument params #60

Currently, the route color is a hardcoded value. The goal of this merge request is to enable overriding the route color by calling the script with an appropriate argument indicating the color.

But why? I'd want the colors to be consistent across datasets. Also, this looks like way too many command line arguments. The current colors more-or-less match with current signage and maps published by ZTM.
