Human ensembl regulatory #21

New dataset created from data from Ensembl. I wanted to avoid generating negative sequences so I took tree regulatory elements (promoters, enhancers and open chromatin regions) and created multiclass classification dataset.

TF experiment is still in progress - I just adapted code in one notebook to work for more than 2 classes
