02 - Linear Models and fix for dollar signs

I fixed some issues in the notebook about linear models, which you mind consider.

Some minor suggestions to improve terminology.
I think I managed to solve the issue that was also reported in #40 by introducing some extra newlines. The html page that I could produced using the Jupyter Book toolchain looks better with these changes.
I fixed the logistic regression example. The linear part had to be flipped. I fixed the labels in the legend and adjusted the range of w1 such that 0 cannot be attained (but maybe having the error serves a didactic purpose).
