[ ] Take into account that date can vary in irrigation schedule: use number of days between crop start date and irrigation date
[ ] Implement the scipy solver for this problem in dimension 2
[ ] Implement the nlopt subplex solver for this problem in dimension 2
[ ] refactor the code to make it easier to add more complexity: 2 dates and 2 volumes to search etc

@Ethel2003 I've built on top of your work that was inspired on Olivier's work. There are some changes though:

my approach to take into account date is more flexible as it is based on number of days between crop start date and irrigation date
I implemented the scipy solver for this problem in dimension 2
I implemented the nlopt subplex solver for this problem in dimension 2
I refactored the code to make it easier to add more complexity: 2 dates and 2 volumes to search
