• Git clone command has permition issues, better to change it with http one
• About the clone command, should it be aframe or aframe2? (aframe2 requests login in)
• To initialize submodules I think you need to be in the repo, so maybe add an instruction for the user to cd in the repo.
• The update of submodules has an permition issue

Ah okay - my instructions assume you have added an ssh key to github. Let me point to the git versions of those instructions.
