we want to get mothur for seq alignment and other func. should install into code/mothur
we don't want to track with version control, should ignore. therefore should leave install directions in code/README.md and include version of mothur in list of dependences in README.md . we can get latest [version]https://github.com/mothur/mothur/releases/tag/v1.46.10
