Updated (1) sim.DT.troph - the function that simulates for the simple
model (no penalty, no covariates) and (2) DT.mcmc.troph - the function
that runs the simple model to estimate X, lambda (low and high), and P.
Both were updated for the updates in the model for splitting the data
into N_L, N_H where N_L is the baseline and N_H is the ‘extra’
trophallaxis interactions during high rates of trophallaxis.
