This likely needs additional issues. The deployment works as expected today (using the associated Makefile) but going forward, we should
a. have a deployment that moves it into a static web server.
b. deploy when successful pull requests move content into the master branch
c. ensure proper linting and checks prior to deployment (e.g. no warnings or errors in the Sphinx build)
