UI polish #9

Fix the contrast - make text more visible

Fix the links color - make them look like clickable links

Fix the home page scrolling - split view should overflow / scroll together

Home page scrolling is bound to the pic which won't extend with the overflow of the container and it will look awkward. So we need to have that scroll if the second_half overflows.
