Invalid potion configuration and hunger value after regeneration, and language files do not support Chinese #313

The language of the plug-in does not support Chinese. No matter how I transcode, it cannot display Chinese

When I customize the potion effect in Enhanced Environmental Injuries: in config.yml , it will become the same again. I'm sure my words are spelled correctly

At the same time, when I customize the health and hunger of players after resurrection, the same situation also occurs: they will become the same again

When I try to use Chinese, it will become a pile of garbled code, but when I convert to Unicode, it will only output Unicode encoded text
