Build and design "top box" component #22

Screen Shot 2020-06-04 at 2 40 54 PM This PR concentrates on the top-most "box" in the screenshot above.

Features Implemented

The "box" is fully functional
- A public Github URL can be typed into the text box, and when the "Go" button is clicked, the "markdown display" box is populated with content
The "box" adheres to our overall design aesthetic (#10 )
- Text box has custom styles on hover and on focus
- Button demonstrates styles defined by our new CustomButton reusable component
- Content is centered with the appropriate surrounding negative space

Features Not Implemented

No loading indicators or animations of any kind
- This isn't the responsibility of the "top box" to handle
