I moved around some files so now all of our frontend code is in \client and all of the backend is in \server (formerly \flask_app)
Added a README with a brief description of the app and instructions for running the app locally
Removed the other routes from the flask app -> all non-api endpoints will render index.html and be handled by react routing instead
