Dependent on #7 (Github Authentication) and #24 (API Endpoints - Creating Sprints)

[ ] Prompt modal popup for creating new sprint
[ ] Fetch and render a dropdown with user's repos
[ ] Fetch and render a dropdown with selected repo's sprints with valid due dates
[ ] Create a Sprint object with selected sprint
