Add Sprint to Repo & Attach Webhooks during Sprint Creation

Description

Current Behavior:

New sprints don't have webhooks attached
New sprints are not associated with a repo in our db

Proposed Changes:

Attach webhooks (issues, pr, milestone) during sprint creation
Add sprint to repo's active sprint (if repo doesn't exist, create a new one)
Modified RepoSchema and SprintOverview schema + document changes

Issue Number(s): Closes #34

How Has This Been Tested?

Created a sprint from the frontend and see the database populated

GET request to https://api.github.com/repos/cqvu-test/codeofduty-test/hooks to check if hooks are attached Response:

I am truly amazed at how such core functions can be implemented in just 118 additional lines of code with 53 deletions. (maybe, I am not over Unity yet) Heil Javascript!

P.S. Somehow it still takes the same time to add new features 😭
