Added account info query
Added correct HTTP status codes to responses and changed content-type to application/json to help the API interact better with other services.
Moved logging calls to after the response is served since that is the actual time taken instead of logging before as that might leave out some time.

At the moment GitHub is not letting you merge on the site so I did it through the CLI
