Update Next template, add progress trackers #24

As the title says, this PR resolves #6.

Added 4 new progress tracker components, major design overhaul and fixed a lot of frontend bugs, add react-ionicons. The design has been internally reviewed and finalized by the team.

Note: The old code using styled-components is still left in, let me know if I should remove it.

Done! Also added a cursive font for nav/logo,
