This PR implements a simple landing page / login-to-create page for the user. The landing page is supposed to be WYSIWYG. This PR also introduces the basic layout and code for dynamic routes in Next.
When the user first visits the page, confetti will drop from the top. I implemented it so it detects if its the first time a user visits the website so it doesn't feel overwhelming with the confetti animation, but we can still tinker with that.
The second part below that is where an image or a gif of the final demo can be placed. This can be useful to the other fellows, as they can see an example of the end product.
