Set up backend server #1

We need a backend server to take the data entered by the user (or subsequently the response from the Twitter API) and send it to the predict function of the model. API functionalities needed:

[x] take user input in the form of text
[x] send text for preprocessing and cleaning
[x] send cleaned text to the model predict function
[ ] fetch the predictions from the predict function as a response

@V2dha pls add further points if any and check them as and when done.

Let's first try to take the input from the user in the form of his/her social account only probably his/her last tweets. Also we can assign the above tasks!
