Add education

Description

• Closes #3 and is the frontend for https://github.com/MLH-Fellowship/orientation-project-python-23.SUM.B.1/issues/5
• This PR adds functionality for adding education for the frontend

Testing Instructions

The backend isn't implemented yet so to test users should be able to add an education by clicking the Add Education button in the home page, filling out the form, clicking create, and inspecting the network console for the failed request
