Creating a basic navbar with basic style #22

I created a Navbar using Bootstrap, but I am not sure what the nav links should be. The content of the nav bar can be changed after a discussion with other pod members.

Though it says I changed 6 files, I only changed the navbar.html and navbar.scss files, for other files. I edited them to fit my local environment but I changed them back to match the original version in the MLH Repo.
