[x] Add .editorconfig
[x] Setup ESLint
[x] Setup Prettier
[x] Add airbnb style

Summary

The .editorconfig file makes sure that everyone's code is being formatted the same way.
ESLint and Prettier make it easier to enforce coding standards within the team.

Important

@MLH-Fellowship/22-p3-1 please make sure you've updated your branches you're working on with main after this gets merged and run yarn install after it, to avoid any merge conflicts.
