Put server and web code in their respective folders and dockerize #11

Description:

  1. server code lies in servies/server folder.
  2. website code lies in servies/web folder.
  3. docker-compose.yml builds all these three services and makes it available to localhost.

Setup instructions

  1. Install docker on your machine.
  2. Install docker-compose.
  3. Change directory to project root.
  4. Add a file .env in the root and setup env variables in the format given in .example.env file.
  5. Run docker-compose --up.
