Create a responsive Navigation menu as per the designs.

Make sure that the desktop navbar sticks to the right and the content part is scrollable
The mobile navbar should stick to the bottom.

Additional Context

Styled components is being used for Css in Js.
Use the Css colors variables set in index.css to ensure consistency (would help later with themes)
