Create Weather Details component #16

Create a separate independent component that showcases the different weather details as shown.

The desktop and mobile versions are a bit different, possible use CSS grids to ensure smooth flow of elements
The slider for the air quality can be done completely from scratch or a package can be used for the same.

Additional Context

Styled components is being used for Css in Js.
Use the Css colors variables set in index.css to ensure consistency (would help later with themes)

Make sure to use rem for font sizes so that it can be scaled down as per the width of the screen.
