Create the parent component whose background changes as per the weather details.

For now, create a component that changes the background randomly (selected from an array of images probably)
In this parent component, create a state for this image so that react can rerender it whenever the image changes

Additional Context

Styled components is being used for Css in Js.
Use the Css colours variables set in index.css to ensure consistency (would help later with themes)
