Create a modal component #19

A modal component is necessary which we can use along with the input to select a location.

On clicking on the location text, a modal should be shown with an input
For now, just implement a modal with input as shown in the design.

Additional Context

Styled components is being used for Css in Js.
Use the Css colors variables set in index.css to ensure consistency (would help later with themes)
