Helping the user bring the right things based on the weather #10

Closes issue #4 This PR adds the functionality of providing suggestions to the user to bring the right thing based on the weather condition.

  1. The feature is mobile-responsive
  2. Used animation library - react-lottie to make the UI more engaging
  3. Handled possible error cases
  4. The carousel is on autoplay mode to reduce the number of clicks required.
